Q: How long does it take for a gown to be delivered?
A: All our gowns from Milano we can get in 2 weeks for the day we ordered it. Other manufacturers, 4-6 months.
Q: What if my gown doesn't fit?
A: All dresses ordered are not custom made. Alterations must be made. We need at least 1 month before the date of the event to do the alterations.
Q: Do you have gowns for full-figured girls?
A: We have up to size 8XL, 30 on the Milano. The Signature line is made specially for full-figured girls up to size 26.
Q: Do you carry large sizes in the store?
A: Yes, we do, we carry up to the largest size.
Q: What experience do you have with alterations and design?
A: Our designer has over 25 years of experience in design and alterations with 2 years of study at the School of Design in Italy.
